1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in the AI Business Transformation Coaching Program ("the Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll in the Program.

2. Program Description

The Program is an 8-week online coaching program designed to help small and medium-sized businesses boost productivity and implement AI to fix their core processes before they automate them. The Program includes video content, live workshops, group coaching calls, templates, tools, and access to a private community.

3. Enrollment and Payment

Payment: Full payment or approved payment plan required at enrollment

Refund Policy: 7-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase if you have not accessed more than 30% of course materials

Payment Plans: If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for all payments even if you discontinue participation

Currency: All prices in USD unless otherwise specified

4. Program Access

Duration: You will have access to course materials for life from enrollment date

Technology Requirements: You are responsible for having adequate internet connection and compatible devices

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

Non-Transferable: Your enrollment is personal and non-transferable

5. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, including but not limited to videos, templates, worksheets, and tools are the intellectual property of Aignite Growth and are protected by copyright laws. You may not:

Share, distribute, or sell Program materials to third parties

Record, reproduce, or republish Program content

Use Program materials for commercial purposes outside your own business

You may use templates and tools within your own business operations.

No Guarantee of Results: While we provide proven strategies and tools, individual results will vary based on effort, implementation, and business circumstances

Business Risk: You acknowledge that running a business involves risk and we are not responsible for any business losses

Not Professional Advice: Program content is educational and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for evaluating and implementing strategies appropriate for your specific situation

7. Live Sessions and Support

Attendance: Live session attendance is encouraged but not required; recordings will be provided

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and will apply to future enrollments. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Program for violation of these terms, including but not limited to sharing materials, inappropriate behavior, or fraudulent activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aignite Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Program.
